Grant of License: Upon purchase of the Plugin, GreyPhox Digital grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Plugin on a single WordPress installation (unless a multi-site license is explicitly purchased). This license permits you to install and use the Plugin for its intended purpose of generating and managing SEO meta data.
Restrictions: You may not:
Sublicense, sell, rent, lease, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Plugin or any rights granted herein without our prior written consent.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Plugin.
Remove any proprietary notices or labels from the Plugin.
Use the Plugin for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms.
Use the Plugin to create or distribute any malicious software, spam, or other harmful content.
Updates and Support: Your purchase typically includes 1 year of free updates and support from the date of purchase. After this period, continued access to updates and support may require a renewal of your license. We reserve the right to determine the scope and availability of updates and support.
2. Intellectual Property
The Plugin, its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of GreyPhox Digital and its licensors. The Plugin is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United Kingdom and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of GreyPhox Digital.
3. API Key and Usage
The Plugin relies on an OpenAI API Key provided by you. You are solely responsible for obtaining, securing, and managing your OpenAI API Key.
You acknowledge and agree that your use of the OpenAI API and any costs associated with it are governed by OpenAI's own terms of service and pricing policies, not by these Terms.
We are not responsible for any issues, downtime, or costs incurred due to your OpenAI API key, account, or OpenAI's services.
4. Data and Privacy
Plugin Data Storage: The Plugin stores usage logs (number of requests, tokens used) locally on your WordPress installation to help you track your OpenAI API consumption. This data is not transmitted to GreyPhox Digital.
Meta Data Generation: The Plugin sends your post title, content, and chosen prompt to the OpenAI API for meta data generation. We do not store or process this content on our servers. Your data privacy with regard to OpenAI's processing is governed by OpenAI's privacy policy.
License Data: For the purpose of license validation and update delivery, your license key, website URL, and license status are sent to our licensing server (https://snippetsense.com/) as per the EDD (Easy Digital Downloads) licensing framework. This data is used solely for license management.
Your Responsibilities: You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Plugin and any data processed through it complies with all applicable privacy laws, including but not limited to GDPR, CCPA, and any other relevant regulations, particularly concerning the content you submit to OpenAI.
5. Fees and Payments
All fees for the Plugin are listed on our website (https://snippetsense.com/). Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but changes will not affect purchases already made.
All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

THE PLUGIN IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. GREYPHOX DIGITAL EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
GREYPHOX DIGITAL MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT (I) THE PLUGIN WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS; (II) THE PLUGIN WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; (III) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE PLUGIN WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE; OR (IV) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE PLUGIN WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
9. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL GREYPHOX DIGITAL, NOR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE PLUGIN; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE PLUGIN; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE PLUGIN; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Plugin, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Plugin.
