Yes, it is designed to be compatible. The plugin features an automatic detection system. If it detects that a page was built with a builder like Breakdance or Elementor, it will automatically search the database for the builder's specific JSON content and send that to the AI for analysis.
This means the content on the page is too short to generate a meaningful meta title and description. You can lower the character count in the plugin settings to 0 to get around this. It defaults to 100.

Yes, very likely. Page builder content is stored in a large JSON format that includes styling and layout data. The plugin sends this entire file to the AI to parse. This results in a much higher token count compared to a standard post, which makes the API call more expensive. A warning message will appear in the cost estimator to alert you to this.

For that same large and complex page, the cost to generate a meta description is often a tiny fraction of a single cent—far less than the one-cent cost of using a premium model. So while it is technically more expensive than processing a standard blog post, the actual cost is almost negligible when using the faster, cheaper AI models.
The cost estimator calculates the total characters of the selected posts (including the full JSON for builder pages) and uses a standard conversion rate (approx. 4 characters per token) to estimate the number of tokens. It then applies the official pricing for the various AI models to provide a cost estimate before you begin processing.
Yes. You can use the "Custom Prompt Instructions" field in the plugin's settings. Any instructions you add here (e.g., "Write in a formal tone," "Include the keyword 'web design'," "Keep it under 150 characters", "write in French") will be included in the request sent to the AI for all generations.
When enabled, this feature will automatically generate a meta title and description for a new post the first time it is published. It runs as a background task and will only trigger if the post does not already have a manually written meta description.
For the best possible quality, Snippet Sense automatically uses the provider's flagship vision model for all image alt text generation. For OpenAI, it uses gpt-4o, and for Google Gemini, it uses gemini-1.5-pro-latest, regardless of the model you have selected for text generation.
This is a dashboard widget that provides a monthly summary of your usage. It tracks the number of API requests you've made and provides an estimated token count and cost based on your settings. This data is tracked locally on your website and resets each month.
You have two options. You can simply click the "Generate Meta Data" button again to get a new version, or you can manually edit the text directly in your SEO plugin's fields to perfect it.
An active Snippet Sense license is required to use all AI-powered features, including the meta box generator and bulk processing tools. The license also gives you access to plugin updates, which include new features and compatibility improvements, as well as customer support.
